MEA understands that looking for a machining company to provide the additional work to a purchased extrusion can make the life of a purchaser very difficult. MEA has worked with our machining suppliers over the years to develop a supply base that understands the quality and delivery that we demand, based on what we have promised to our customers. The machining suppliers MEA uses have worked with aluminum extrusions for many years, and are aware of all of the intricacies of providing an excellent part to our customer. MEA utilizes a close relationship with a machine shop located in our building, as well as other suppliers located in Michigan. Just in our building alone MEA has the current capabilities:

• HAAS CNC machining centers with maximum bed travel of 84″
• BROTHER CNC machining centers for smaller, high volume parts
• Punch presses
• Nylon wheel de-burring machines
• Vibratory de-burring machines
• Robotic Welding capabilities
