Prices are staying rather steady, but we did see an increase of $0.01 per pound over the month of January.  The Midwest Average closed at $1.18 (rounded two places) for January 2024.  Overall, raw aluminum material continues to stay relatively flat in both price and demand.

In other news, MEA is just a few weeks away from opening production on our new 9 inch diameter press line.  This will greatly improve our capacity for both larger shapes and overall production availability, and we are excited to be able to make this available to produce customer orders in the near future.  We are anticipating being fully ready for production in early March of this year.
